Cookies and browser storage

gamesgames does not use tracking cookies. The only thing our pages store in your browser is the local storage a game needs to keep your progress, like your saved kitchen layout or the pets you have already looked after.

What our own pages keep

When you play, the game may write a small entry in your browser storage so your progress is still there when you come back. This stays on your device. We do not read it for advertising, and it is not shared with anyone.

Embedded games and their ad partner

Some games run inside a frame from the game's own publisher. That publisher, and the ad partner working with it, may set cookies inside that frame. Those cookies belong to them, not to us, and we cannot see or change them. They may remember things like your sound setting or which ads you have already seen.

Blocking or deleting cookies

You can control cookies in your browser settings:

  • Block third-party cookies to stop cookies from game frames.
  • Delete cookies and site data for this site to clear saved progress.
  • Use a private window if you want a clean start each time.

If you block everything, some games may forget your progress or refuse to load. That is normal, and it is the trade-off for a cleaner browser.

How consent works

Starting a game counts as your consent to the storage that game needs, including cookies set inside its frame by the publisher and its ad partner. If you do not want that, leave the game closed or block cookies in your browser first. Closing the tab does not delete what is already saved; use your browser's clear-data option for that.
