Terms of Use

gamesgames is a free browser-games site for families, and these terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By using the site, you agree to them.

Free personal use

You can play the games on gamesgames for free, for your own personal enjoyment at home. You do not need to pay us to play. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the site or its games, or use them for commercial purposes, without permission.

The games belong to their developers

The games on gamesgames are made and owned by the developers and studios who created them. We do not claim ownership of those games. Their names, artwork and code remain theirs, and their own terms may apply when you play.

No warranty that every game works on every device

We try to keep the site running, but we cannot promise that every game will work on every phone, tablet, laptop or browser. Games may load slowly, need a newer browser, or stop working after an update. We provide the site as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

No cheating or abuse

Play fair. Do not cheat, use bots or scripts to fake scores or progress, try to break or overload the site, or interfere with other players. Do not upload or send anything harmful, offensive or illegal through any contact form or email. We may block access if someone abuses the site.

External game content comes from third parties

Some games are loaded from outside providers. That content is supplied by third parties, not made by us, and we do not control what those providers do or change. If a game from an outside provider misbehaves, we may not be able to fix it ourselves, but we can remove it from the site.

The site may change or remove games

We add, update and remove games as we go. A game you like today may be taken down later, and the way the site looks or works may change. We do not promise that any particular game will stay available.

Contact us

If you have a question about these terms, a problem with a game, or something you think we should know, write to contact@gamesgames.website.yandexcloud.net. We read messages and will reply when we can.
